Project Description: Provided scheduling and project controls support for a capital program consisting of electric substation modernization, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement projects. Scope included circuit breaker replacements, protective relay upgrades, HMI system upgrades, capacitor and reactor bank replacements, substation automation, communication and SCADA enhancements, mechanical and electrical equipment replacements, and associated civil, electrical, testing, and commissioning activities.
